SEASONS
Low season[with the exception of the christmas holiday]:
31.10.2009 - 03.04.2010 and 06.11.2010- 02.04.2011
Off- season: 03.04 - 03.07.2010 + 04.09 -06.11.2010
High season: 03.07 - 04.09.2010.

PERIOD:The rental period is from Sat. [16:00 hrs.] to Sat. [10:00 hrs.]

HEATING: Costs for heating is inclusive during the high season, outside of this season there will be an additional charge [electricity 15 eurocent per kw/h and wood 42 euro per stère].

CLEANING:
The final cleaning is not included in the hire price [with the exception of the high season] if wished euro 45.

DINER:
The price for the diner includes 3 courses, 2 drinks and coffee/tea.

Please state additional requirements at time of reservation, e.g. cot, breakfast, diner, bikerental.

Reservation

Reservations can be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or send the reservation form from this site. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation and invoice. A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 70% is to be paid not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
